Please note that our membership plan is not considered insurance or a qualified health plan as defined by the Affordable Care Act. Rather, it functions as a direct payment arrangement for the services, products, and care offered. We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no services or discounts have been utilized. Payment for non-included treatment is due at the time of service. Services that are not covered under our membership plan include the following:
- Orthodontic procedures
- Outsourced procedures completed by specialists
The benefits of the membership plan cannot be combined with insurance or any other offers or discounts. CareCredit can not be used to pay for your membership fee or treatment. Your plan will renew automatically every 12 months. You can opt out of this feature anytime from the Member Portal, and we will remind you via email 45 days before the renewal date.
